2023-2024 REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

The September 1, 2023-August 31, 2024 season registration is open. Please review the following NEW additions and updates regarding our policies. Please remember, these prices and changes take effect for the new season, starting September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2024. It is highly recommended you enroll as soon as you can, as classes may fill up quickly as we do have more inquiries this time around. As always, we do not offer refunds.

The first day of classes will be on September 7th, as we are closed September 1-6, 2023 (Labor Day.)

*Please note: 2022-2023 season members are NOT automatically enrolled for the new 2023-2024 season!*

TUITION FOR CLASSES SUCH AS:
Parent & Child, Thunder Cubs, Tiny Tots, Beginners, Advanced Beginners, Blue Ninja, Dance and Tumbling
1 class per week is $90.25 per month (4 weeks; totaling to 48 classes for the season.)

Intermediate and Advanced Classes
2 classes per week is $162.50 per month (4 weeks; totaling to 96 classes for the season.)

***Ask about the 10% discount monthly for family or multiple weekly classes***

Tuition for first and last month (August 2024 or earlier) and registration fee due upon registering. Your credit card will be charged automatically the first of each month moving forward.
*There are 48 classes in a season (September 1, 2023- August 31, 2024.) *Our months are based upon a four-week period; every three months there are 13 weeks. One month may have 5 weeks while another may have less due to holidays and scheduled closures. The monthly fee remains the same.
*It is highly recommended that a credit card is on file for the automatic/recurring payment plan to be processed on the first of every month, up to and including July 1st.
*If tuition payment is not processed or received on the first day of the month, you will either receive an email reminder about the tuition from philadelphiagymnasticsacademy@gmail.com . After the 10th of the month, a $10 late fee will automatically be posted to your account if tuition has not be paid. After the 15th of the month, an additional $10 late fee will automically post on your account. if tuition has not be paid by the said date, totaling to $20 of late fees for the month.

REGISTRATION FEE
A once per year (September 1, 2023- August 31, 2024) registration fee is assessed: $39 fee per student, $49 for 2 children, and $59 per family (3+). This fee covers insurance ($250 Deductible & 1 year limit on claims) and administrative costs and is for the September 1, 2023 - August 31, 2024 season. All families must pay this fee each season.

Friday, September 1, 2023 - Wednesday, September 6, 2023 (Labor Day)

Thursday, November 23, 2023 - Saturday, November 25, 2023 (Thanksgiving)

Sunday, December 24, 2023 - Tuesday, January 2, 2024 (Winter Break)

Wednesday, March 27, 2024 - Sunday, March 31, 2024 (Spring Break)

Monday, May 27, 2024 (Memorial Day)

Tuesday, July 2, 2024-Saturday, July 6, 2024 (Independence Day)

(Classes and practices for the new season will start on Thursday, September 7, 2023). Please note: scheduled closures are not made up. For example, if you child is signed up for Mondays at 4PM Beginner class, there will be 48 classes in the entire season, from September 1, 2023-August 31, 2024, even with the scheduled closures.)

MAKE-UP POLICY
For the September 1, 2023 - August 31, 2024 season, those who are enrolled in classes (such as Thunder Cubs & Beginners classes) are allowed only 3 make-ups for the season or before you unenroll. Please schedule make-up by email. The make-up day(s) must be completed prior to end of the season or prior to unenrolling, which ever comes first. Closures due to inclement weather are allowed to be made-up. Please note: scheduled closures are not made up. *Make-up class is subjective to availability of space.* There are no make ups for Intermediate, Advanced, Xcel and JO programs.

PICK UP
You are responsible to be at Philadelphia Gymnastics Academy to pick up your child before the end of class. You will be billed $1 per minute if you exceed 10 minutes after the end of your child's class.

CANCELLATION or PAUSING MEMBERSHIP
A 30-DAY advance WRITTEN NOTICE is required to cancel class and stop payment on credit card or bank account. Please forward notice to: philadelphiagymnasticsacademy@gmail.com. We do NOT offer refunds.
We do not pause membership due to vacations. The child will need to be unenrolled from the roster and the 30 days notice will be sufficient to be able to use your paid “last month’s tuition” accordingly. FOR EXAMPLE: If you plan on June being your last month, email us by May 1st and state that June is your last month, so that we can apply your tuition towards June rather than August 2024.

COMMUNICATION & CORRESPONDENCE
·Please provide an accurate email address and at least two phone numbers in your account.
·We will utilize our email system and website to communicate important information regarding classes, closures, tuition etc. Please add philadelphiagymnasticsacademy@gmail.com in your address book; otherwise, email correspondence may be directed to your junk/spam folder.
*Xcel & JO program: we will be utilizing the REMIND application for the upcoming season. Please reach out to Thea, the Office Manager, if you're a Team parent and need the REMIND code.

Again, please make sure your email and contact information in Studio Director is accurate and that you’ve added “philadelphiagymnasticsacademy@gmail.com” in your address book.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
DROP-IN CLASSES
Cost is $30.75.
This is a great way to try our class before you commit, or if you’re visiting from out of town. Please call Thea at 267.482.0532 to schedule your drop-in. Online registration (name, address, phone number, etc.) and waiver forms must be completed before partaking in a drop-in class. *Subjective to availability of space.*

OPEN GYM MONTHLY EVENTS
Our next Open Gym event is on Sat., August 12, 2023 from 5:30PM-7:30PM, "Parents Night Out." Register now on the family portal to save your spot.

GYMNASTICS AND BLUE NINJA PARTIES!
90 MINUTES OF FUN!
Kids enjoy one hour of Gymnastics or Blue Ninja Warrior training with Academy staff and half an hour in our multi-function space for a pizza party that includes (2) large cheese pizzas and 15 juice boxes for a minimum of 15 participants.. We do the set up and clean up, too! The cost for the basic package is $411 or $494 (depending on the building) with a $150.00 non-refundable deposit due two weeks prior to the event. Additional fee of $17 for each additional participant up to 18 or 24, depending on the space being utilized. Please contact us for additional details.

PRIVATE LESSONS
Philadelphia Gymnastics Academy is excited to offer half hour (1/2) private lessons with our skilled staff members. Prices may vary based on level of training. Basic rates are as follows:
1 child: $41.75+
2 children: $37.50+ per child
Online registration (name, address, phone number, etc.) and waiver forms must be completed before scheduling private lessons.

CLASSES AND SCHEDULE
Please see the "SCHEDULE" tab for the classes (Parent/Child, Thunder Cubs, Tiny Tots, Blue Ninja, Beginners, Advanced Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced, Pre-Team, Thunder Cats Group Fitness & Tumbling), teams (XCEL & JO) and schedule we will be offering for September 1, 2023 - August 31, 2024 season.

Parent/Child, Thunder Cubs, Tinyt Tots, Blue Ninja, Beginners, Advanced Beginner, Dance, Tumbling, and Pre-Team classes meet once a week.
Intermediate and Advanced classes meet twice a week.
XCEL & JO programs meet various days and times.

ATTIRE

For gymnastics classes: Gymnasts must wear a leotard or biketard for practice. Gymnasts should not be coming to practice with 2 piece sets, t-shirt, tights and sports bras. Long hair should be put up in a bun or ponytail prior to practice. Please have your gymnasts bring their own bottles of water.

For Blue Ninja class: students can wear a leotard or athletic gear during class. No socks or shoes. Long hair should be put up in a bun or ponytail. Please bring a water bottle.

For Tumbling and Dance: sports bra, t-shirt, shorts, sneakers. Long hair should be put up in a bun or ponytail. Please bring a water bottle.
