I'd like to sign up for classes, how do I go about it?
From the "Home" page, select "Register Online - Family Portal," then select "Click here to register" for new members. Complete the contact information, waiver form, and add your child to the account. Finally, select "enroll in a class."
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. Please make sure you are aware of the costs and our policies before signing up.
How much is it?
The total up front cost for a class that meets weekly (45 or 55 minutes, such as a Beginner class) is $229, which is the first month's tuition + last month of the season (August 2025 or earlier) plus the $41 registration fee for the season. This is due upon registering and payment is be made to secure your spot. Then, the monthly tuition of $94 will be due every first of the month moving forward.
Tuition will vary for other classes that meet twice a week or competitive teams.
Do you offer trial classes?
We offer a drop-in option for $32/per class/per child. This is a great option for those who want to check out the class before enrolling in a membership. Please contact our office manager via email or text 267.482.0532 to schedule a drop-in. You'll need to create an account prior to scheduling the drop-in.
Do you prorate tuition?
Yes, and the total will depend on when you sign up.
I got an email saying my enrollment has been cancelled. Can you help?
Please note our family portal only holds the class in the checkout cart for about 24 hours. If payment has not been made, the enrollment will be cancelled and you'll need to re-register and complete the payment.
I can't access my account, and I've reset my password, can you help?
Please use the following to access the Family Portal: https://app.thestudiodirector.com/philadelphiagymnasticsaca/portal.sd?page=Login
You can also use the "Register Online- Family Portal" link from the Home page.
I just paid for the membership, when will my child start?
Your child will start classes the next time the class meets. If you signed up and you completed the payment on a Friday and the class meets on Saturdays, then your child can start attending that Saturday.
I need to cancel my membership or unenroll my child, how do I go about it?
Per our policy, we will need a 30 day-written notice via email to philadelphiagymnasticsacademy@gmail.com. If you plan on having June as your last month, pease email us by May 1st so that we can apply your paid last month's tuition for June instead of August.
My child missed class, can I schedule a make-up?
Yes and per our policy, we provide 3 make-ups for the season and its subject to availability. Please contact our office manager to schedule the make-up.
How do I know if my child's class is cancelled due to inclement weather?
We will email our families if we cancel classes due to inclement weather.
