JUNIOR OLYMPIC PROGRAM (Levels 2 and Up)
JUNIOR OLYMPICS
- The Junior Olympic (JO) program is designed to accommodate all athletes, regardless of their potential. The idea is to build a solid foundation of basic skills in order to advance safely. The program allows each gymnast to advance at their desired pace, while still allowing them to compete more than one level in a single calendar year.
- The Junior Olympic Program is divided into two major segments:
Compulsory (Levels 2-5)
Optional (Levels 6 & up)
